UPDATE**Visitor Policy**

This is an update to our office visitor policy effective June 25, 2020.

In line with the easing of restrictions in our region, we have updated our visitor policy.

WCCA will continue its restricted visitor policy for the safety of our patients and staff. While we would like to accommodate visitors for everyone, it is simply not possible at this time.

The following scenarios will be allowed one visitor over the age of 18:

-New patient visit

-Initial post-operative visit

-Treatment planning visit/end of life discussion

-Emergency visit

-Any visit where the patient is under the age of 18 or older than 80

-Any visit where the patient is mentally or developmentally impaired and requires assistance

-Any visit for pregnant patients

No visitors are allowed in the infusion suite. The infusion suite simply cannot accommodate visitors while socially distancing to keep our most immunocompromised patients safe.

All visitors will required to wear a mask and submit to a no-contact temperature check at the door. Visitors who have been ill are asked to remain at home.

As with patients, those with a temperature or without a mask will not be permitted to enter the office suite.
