Effective immediately, visitors will not be allowed into our our office. Patients that have a scheduled appointment will be allowed into the waiting room and will be screened prior to being admitted into the clinic area.
03/16/2020**UPDATE**
Due to the increasing risk, WCCA will no longer permit any visitors in the clinic or chemotherapy suite. We appreciate your understanding in this difficult time.
Effective immediately, WCCA is implementing a restricted visitor policy. No visitors will be allowed into the chemotherapy infusion suite. Friends or family members that accompany a patient will be asked to wait in the reception area (as space permits) or return when the treatment is completed. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
In addition, patients with physician appointments will be limited to one adult visitor. There will be no visitors under age 16 allowed in the office. Arrangements may be made in advance to allow more than one visitor should circumstances require.
As we have previously advised, do not come to the office if you are experiencing fever or respiratory symptoms such as cough or shortness of breath. Contact our office first at 518-458-1390.
This policy is intended to decrease potential exposure to our patients and staff during this pandemic. This policy will be revised accordingly as circumstances change.
